Yesterdays Pub, 23 & 24 July 2004
112 205 Carnegie Dr, St.Albert, AB
Friday night at Yesterdays went pretty decent, the band played to a half capacity crowd and did a good job getting people on the floor rockin. The K-Days exhibition mixed with the summer heat did a number on attendance but nonetheless a few people managed to party with the band and enjoy the great food the club had to offer. Were looking forward to the second night and hoping more will show to see us, this was basically an audition show to get in the club rotation and the band achieved that goal without any hicups. We enjoyed ourselves and that's the main thing, come check us out on Saturday.
Saturday night however was a total turnaround, for some reason the rockers came out of the woodwork in St.Albert & word had hit the street that a hot band was in town. The guys played well and modified the sets to accomodate the floor of disco junkies which proved to keep the shooters flowing as well as the heat. We invited a special guest singer named "Vince" up to sing "Roadhouse Blues" which he did a nice job with, the Fogstorm 700 was put into use for its first time and worked excellent as well as the new backdrop compliments of Kate (Thanks Babe). I would like to also thank Akrim, Shannon, Melinda, Andrea, Cory the DJ, Karen our Seed Girl #3 and everyone who came out to support us. Without you were nothing, you all made the show possible and we had a blast. Thanks.
