Dusters Pub 10 & 11 September 2004
6402-118 Ave, Edmonton, AB
After a grueling Friday afternoon setup of over 4 hours, the exhausted seed managed to pull off another great double header weekend of mayhem & rock. Duster's Pub was filled to capacity both nights as the band played with energy and put on one of their best shows thus far. Through three 50 minute sets each night the presence was felt by all, filling the small but cozy dance floor were grinders (Trina & Lori) and other hot seeders shaking their sugar trees. I think there were even a couple people reliving there high school prom performing the "side to side" dance move we all used to do, basically the only dance move we knew at the time.
Gladiators, Tequila and Cecilian Kisses were on the menu throughout the evening along with some ice cold Labatt products. The bar managed to pull in one of their best nights in ages so it's no doubt that seeders can put the booze back with ease. All in all, the band played excellent and had a great time, we will definitely return to Dusters again, the crowd was amazing and it was a lot of fun. We want to thank Bill, Trina (Seedgirl #6), Lori, Andy, Ian, Trevor, Miles Jerzak from "Sickstring Burden", Kate, Ken, Shauna, Jen, Stacey, Jocylnn, Randy aka Rapinder, Joe and everyone else who came out! You rock!
Wear your seed shirts proudly and remember to use floss daily (see Seedgirl #6 photo) for more details...
